Help/harm focus macro with modifiers

Ive been using help/harm macros to reduce binds but i am now trying to use a modifier key to cast help/harm on my focus.

How can i change this macro so that holding ctrl will only cast the spells on my focus target?

#showtooltip purify
/cast [harm]Dispel Magic; Purify

Added CTRL @ Focus for Purifies.
