Help with harm/help rune split

good morning! Does anyone know how to make a mouse over macro that swaps between PoM and Homunculi? I know that you can do /cast legs rune ability but one is a harm and one is a help. I can’t seem to make a mouseover that casts both . Ty in advance <3 be blessed

Reaction Neutral Mouseover Macro

Cast a spell that can target both friends and enemies, prioritizing mouseover (Penance, Holy Shock, Shadowstep etc.)

/cast [mod:alt,@player] [@mouseover,exists,nodead] [] SPELL

Slap whichever rune spell it is in there. You can remove the [mod:alt,@player] if you don’t want to be able to force self casting when using PoM.

if I wanted to use the same keybind for both, because its the same rune slot, I would just make two of the same macro except the spell name?

Nope. Just the one macro and use the Rune Placeholder Spell.
