Without touching specifically on HPal, I’d say that having 1 spec for a role being outrageously superior is bad for the general health of the game as it create a soft barriers on other spec to complete specific content.
For Hpal specifically, my understanding is that the “overperformance” was coming from a change in a specific talent interaction with Avenging crusader which made it way better than before.
And so they did nerf that but then the blanket nerf over everything else is puzzling.
It’s not huge which makes it that much weirder. Those overperformance were coming from one specific play-style, why nerf all of them?
