Siphoning Phylactery Shard (B tier) 246 item level

Currently using Boon of the Archon (C tier) 233 il and Unbound Changeling (S tier) 239 il, but have Cabalist’s Hymnal (A tier) 220 il in my bags

OR

Stradama’s Misplaced Slippers 246 item level Indestructible (BIS)

Currently wearing Slippers of Leavened Station 239 il
