Help fix my scrolling text?

I am getting scrolling combat text on my screen when enemies are snared, silenced, stunned, etc. Its not an addon. IDK when or how it started and cant find any settings to modify it. Help? Plz General <3

Check under combat, see if Personal Resource Display is active and check to see if Show Special Resources on Targets might be check off. Not sure if that’s it, but it’s a thought.

I’m pretty sure thats holy power and such. This is more like “Snared (name-server)” or “Silenced (name-server)”
