Xal’atol goes good with A) Orc aesthetic, B) any one rolling a Old God(ish) Transmog, or C) Both. So yeah, go with Xal’atol, it even whispers to you.
Also, for shoulderpads, go for the Tusks of Manneroth. You’ll probably be doing Mythic SoO for years though.

yeah the dragon fight on mythic is a pain to solo I mean the tower doors take too long to break open and Varian is a glass cannon

I never thought it axes as an Orc weapon. I always figured with their strength maces were the way to go.
So with that thought.
If your mag’har is a warrior then the Arms hidden skin for their artifact weapon is pretty Orcish… it’s literally inspired by Saurfang.
You could go with one of those other options, or you could use the greatest axe in the game. Even if it was technically invented by a Goblin, and even if it would look better on an Ogre, it’s still a stellar choice for an Orc, I think.
