He HAS to say he loves both sides, but when it came time for his personal preferences, he didn’t hesitate to throw in with the horde.
One day Blizzard will screw up and accidentally hire someone who is proudly pro-Alliance.

Seriously, how hard is it to find ONE blue/dev who actually mains and is proud to main Alliance? We either get FOR THE HORDE!!! or “I like both factions” which comes across as coerced.

As a friend of Liinxy for a few years now, I can assure you she does play both.

Just saying that it would be nice to hear a pro-Alliance blue or dev from time to time.
If a blue or dev got on here and basically praised the Alliance about something and horde players complained… if they then told horde players that “the Alliance is here waiting for you”, there would be a meltdown.

I Mean okay? I don’t’ know what to tell you if you see a difference between playing both and liking both. I mean, why would you play a faction you don’t like? I mean, as Liinxy said, she loves elves. ALL elves.

Its been over a decade since TBC… I’m still waiting for blood elf druids. 
Need to make high elves a playable race on the alliance first, not as part of the void elves also.

Bet that won’t work out so well, though, because it is only acceptable for devs and blues to belittle the Alliance.

Welcome it’s great to have a new CM! I would be very thrilled if the Dev team would expand the garrisons . It’s truly to me the best thing ever added to the game along with transmogs… a real game changer! WOD to me was the most epic expansion ever, and i know a lot of ppl agree but are afraid to say it, Please more garrison expansion…its so great to have your own personal space to effect. Whoever did WOD really did an amazing job. I dont play BFA much other than getting a Vulp and Legion couldnt match WOD at all. After all these years I really should be a commander or im not really progressing fully as a char.

Agreed. I thought garrisons were a good first step but then nothing else happened with them.
Personally, I wish they would let us make a cave entrance to the garrison anywhere, so other people can go inside. You have guards protecting your garrison so there would be epic fights.

Maybe she will, maybe she won’t. Be glad though it’s her and not me, because if I were a community manager? I’d be playing Alliance but being all “for the Horde” on the forums because I’m a spiteful person after years of playing another MMO where their single community manager is treated worse than a dog by many of the players. However to be clear, she’s not like me. She’s a much better person than I am.
As for the high elves as a playable race, they’ve said again and again, there are very few pure high elves left, they’re just blood elves and void elves now, with the Well restored in Silvermoon. I think that’s also why they got rid of mana tap. The blood elves no longer must steal magic, they get it from the well again. So they are high elves just not called such with all they’ve been through.

You would think if she truly likes the Alliance as much as the horde, that would be good enough, but you are right. She tipped her hand.

AH throttling fix please. Small servers are being punished for the traffic on larger servers like Illidan. This wasn’t taken into account when the decision was made and only a handful of people even run the economy on small servers in the first place.
