I’m pale enough as it is without six months of rain and darkness.
See i prefer the cold / dark xD
So, Snow White then?
I am fortunate to have a natural tan.
Hello Fall, my name is Calphricham. You killed my father. Prepare to die.
You guys have seasons? And actual pleasant cool days in autumn?
cries in Texas
I lived in Texas for the first 26 years of my life. Been in Chicago now for last 5. Seeing leaves turn orange is seriously the most magical thing that us Texans will never experience. The fall vibes are real
I grew up in Maine. It really is a wonderful time of the year.
fall is the start of 5 months of super cold rain just above freezing , oh joy
Yeah, tons of leave to bag and trees to prune -cut yep yip! Ouch! spikey balls!
We do get some nice weather along about late October through November, but no, we don’t get Fall. We kinda don’t get Spring, either; we get Summer, Winter, and a steel cage match between them while they sort out who’s in charge.
And then we will get the wonderful Holiday Winter vibes. Followed by depression for 2-3 months. Then mud.
Oh lord all the mud.
I’m from the Midwest originally. Watching the leaves turn colors and feeling that cold autumn breeze on quiet evenings are 2 of the things I miss the most.
Now it’s just heat and more heat. Seriously hate the climate here.
This is the time of year that reminds me that I’m going to be freezing shortly. I rank this a 2/4 on the season scale.
I remember one year it snowed on Christmas in Dallas. It was all the news talked about for weeks. The next year, it was like 90 on Christmas
I remember that.
Up north, December is more or less midwinter. But around here? By late December, winter’s just gotten done with its warm-up stretches. We don’t get long, dependable cold stretches until January or February, if we get them at all.
I can tan, but only about ten minutes at a time.
The fall of civilization?!
I knew it! The greed, the avarice, the van… oh, you meant Autumn.
Yeah, well, it’s Spring here.
