The changes made to pre-pull mechanics themselves over complicate and add more room for bugs in PVE scenarios. It would be good to feel like open dialog was happening between players and the dev team instead of the public just accepting the massive changes being made against the original goals of classic its self.

It literally just makes you not be able to pre-pull with procced items or abilities
So that means everyone gets to start at baseline
It’s somewhat for casual parsers and more less for hardcore parsers
I’m not sure you read what I said as it seems you only addressed one part of it.
You also don’t take into account many other consequences of such changes. The need for a system to watch internal CDS, a system to manage resetting trinkets, any form of proc that comes from the player can’t simply be reset, it then has to be monitored by more and more systems. It may seem small to you, but there is a wide array of complication that a system brings to this.
It’s not like they haven’t implemented it before. I mean take a look at arenas you can’t start the match with proc trinkets and items.
The consequences that you say is bound to happen is already implemented in the game
Which is probably why they’re implementing it cuz it’s not hard to do
Hypothetical problems to me are not reason enough to stop a very positive change like the one they’re doing with prepull stuff. This is definitely something worth doing even if it means putting more time on it as it’s something that has made the game unfun for many to the point of not wanting to play certain classes like warlock.

The only issue here is that the conditions of classic have warranted some concern over the future managing of these systems by the development team who’s priorities shift so often that if the system breaks we may have no follow up for weeks. To say that this isn’t a possible outcome is just white knighting as evidence of systems and raids breaking at the beginning of cataclysm was a huge point of why there would be concern in the first place.
