Yeah i dont think poe 2 has the stuff to make people quit wow cold turkey. It will prolly have stuff the make people curious and want to check it out cuz wow making them angry. So they play something different for a bit
It’s an entirely different genre of video game altogether. Plus, PoE 2 didn’t even kill Diablo 4, so what chance does it have of killing WoW?

PoE 2 killed WoW, Diablo 4, Overwatch, Hearthstone, and Starcraft.
PoE 2 killed Blizzard.
Port of Entry sounds like a terrible game. Who wants to run a customs simulator?

The funny part is that PoE2 DID have incredible upward momentum and was on its way to unseating Diablo 4.
But Jonathan / Tencent squandered this by having development priorities which are actually worse than Blizzard’s.
For example, the game still does not have swords. Or daggers. Or axes. After two years.

Well, the election really added a new dynamic to customs in the US, so a sequel probably felt needed.
They won’t put them in until the new classes are added, more than likely. Game had more content than Diablo 4 before the last patch, now it’s kind of insane lol.
