Precasting is different than PERFECT precasting 100% of the time.

Lower rated healers don’t play at my level, not that I’m sensational or overwhelmingly good or anything. That’s why they are 11-1700 and I’m 2400. It’s as simple as that. I play better than them. At this game mode I am better than they are.
The 25 mistweaver monks who are higher than me are playing better than me. There isn’t a secret formula that magically gave them rating.
They only have to be better than the 1300 healer they are playing against to climb, not the 2200+ healer almost 1k rating above them to climb. There isn’t some conspiracy keeping you from being great.

The hard limit for human reaction time is 200ms yet somehow this guy is better than that in arenas consistently.
I can’t fathom the one superhuman living amongst us is playing arenas in wow.
