Healers in Warmode are completely invincible

trash balance. 1v1s should always go to the better player. no role should make you stronger than multiple other players. female gameplay

The game is balanced around large scale battles 1v1 is irrelevant.

That makes no sense. A Tank needs to be able to Tank guards from cities and multiple Dps on the front lines. That is their role. As a single Dps you shouldn’t attack a Tank alone and should get friends. Same goes for a Healer who is designed to heal large groups.

Great balance is it takes 2-3 Dps to kill a healer and 3-5 Dps to kill a Tank. When forming groups get a Healer and Tank so you have a formidable group.

But it wasn’t laggy back then. My server never lagged out in vanilla with massive fights. Sure, your FPS may have been crap, but it was never server lag.

this needs to be fixed or I’m quitting the game, the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen in wow

Cya. Rather have better PvP and balance around objective based large scale PvP instead of 1v1. Don’t attack a Healer solo. Don’t attack a Tank solo. Fight some Dps in 1v1.

you don’t understand balance so you should probably not respond

I cleary have explained it several times. If you choose to not listen that is on you.

this is wrong and how you kill the game, specially wpvp. the majority of the population is dps but lets cater the minority and make them gods so the majority suffer and dont have fun. lol

the peoples shield or w/e is as deluded now as you were 10 years ago.

Wrong this is how you build up the games Class fantasy and make it grow.

Then that majority of Dps should group together too…you got it, fight a Healer or Tank.

This game is designed around Class roles and large scale battles.

OP is wrong! I get attacked all of the time, people can clearly see me. I even ride the Invincible mount just to make sure nobody can see me, and guess what! I AM SEEN! WOW, much frustration!

If you want solo shuffle queues to pop as dps, let healers have their fun imo

I personally do not have trouble taking them out solo more than half the time with cooldowns up, and I apply so much pressure it’s like I’m 2 DPS for a good moment. I’m fine with healers being how they are. You’re a warrior. How are you NOT taking them down?

Once you fully upgrade the incoming conquest gear, it is absolutely PvE viable. Why are you worried about PvE though? No offense, but this is the PvP forums. The instant you lock in on someone in world PvP your iLvl is scaled up. Relax.

It’s locked on the Veteran track, so even if you fully upgrade it, it’s not on par with some of the higher PvE gear.

Because it affects PvPers who do both content? It no longer rewards the player the rewards equivalent to their PvP rating.

The way it worked in Dragonflight was, depending on your rating, you’d be rewarded higher ilvl gear capable of being upgraded higher by being on a higher upgrade track through the vault. We no longer have vault though, so we can’t get higher gear. If we buy from conquest vendor, the gear is locked on Veteran track. This wouldn’t be a problem if the gear bought from vendor reflected your rating similar to vault, but it doesn’t.

A 2400 player would be rewarded gear equivalent to a high end M+ player / mythic raid gear from vault (Myth track ilvl). See what I’m getting at here? You could then, if you wanted to, take that gear into other areas of the game without needing to grind out another set of gear.

Blizzard is just slowly making PvP less rewarding, and that’s troubling. This is part of the contributing reason why PvP is dying.

I know this, I’m not concerned about the PvP ilvl. I’m concerned about the base ilvl.

After being fully upgraded it’s pretty close

Veteran caps out at ilvl 606… What are you talking about pretty close lol.

As I said before, Blizzard is just slowly making PvP less rewarding. Players should be rewarded for their activities in the game. If you’re a 2400 player you should have Myth track ilvl upgradeable gear.

The worst part is Blizzard made these changes while staying completely silent about them. These were huge stealth changes and they ignored any and all questions regarding the base ilvl of PvP gear.

606 is way more than enough to get started in LFG raids and even Normals. Heroics would not be hard in it either. Only mythic levels would feel kinda bad. You’re not calculating damage right. Blizzard in general makes really bad changes to almost everything, especially Overwatch, but this one is not a true hinderance, unless you want to feel you deserve to play at Mythic raids in PvP gear. PvE players would not want others to perfectly play Mythics in PvP gear. Fair is fair.

A PvP player who is 2400 in PvP shouldn’t have an ilvl that’s “just enough” to get started in something like LFG or normal.

Rewards given should be equivalent to the difficulty of the content you’re doing. Quite frankly, obtaining a high rating in PvP is on par if not harder than high end mythic+ or even raiding. One is competitive, and the other is cooperative. One punishes you for losing, the other doesn’t.

The system in Dragonflight was perfect for this reason.

So, PvE’ers who play at higher levels of difficulty in PvE can take their gear into PvP, but PvPers who play at higher levels of difficulty in PvP can’t take their gear into PvE? Logic makes no sense there man. That isn’t fair at all.

Taking PvE gear into pvp is one of the worst ideas of all time. It doesn’t work out at all. Using PvE gear in there is just asking to get dumped on. Fully upgraded Honor gear is what I was speaking of when I said it is enough to get started for LFG and normal. Fully upgraded Conquest PvP gear is absolutely enough for Heroic difficulty. Use conquest PvP gear to run through Heroic raids, and save up all of those Heroic PvE items in order to do mythic difficulty properly. Or run +9 to +12 keystones.

PvE players have more trouble getting into PvP, than PvP players do getting into PvE.

Keywords, PvE’ers who play at higher level of difficulty in PvE. That is to also say, at higher ilvls. Taking PvE gear into PvP is generally a bad idea because the majority of PvE players aren’t going to have high end gear (that is on par with the PvP ilvl of PvP gear).

Those who play at higher m+ keys or mythic raiding though don’t really have to worry about it. The base ilvl of their gear is high enough to be viable in PvP besides maybe the trinkets, which they can just swap for. PvPers can’t say the same. We can no longer just take our gear into PvE anymore due to that change.

This couldn’t be more wrong. PvE players can easily buy a set of crafted PvP gear from the auction house which is immediately 606 ilvl. They can then farm for honor gear relatively easy compared to a PvP player having to farm for PvE gear.

They should’ve just kept it the way it was or allowed us a way to upgrade our PvP gear past Veteran rank equivalent to our rating.
