Heal addon recommendation?

I use regular raid frames to heal, but I am having trouble seeing the teeny tiny debuff icons. I can’t see when I need to debuff or not.

Can someone recommend an addon that will either warn when a debuff is crucial (like hex, fear, stun) or an addon that will make the debuff icons more prominent … sort of like weak auras but for the enemy?

Decursive is not the answer, I tried that
