Probably not. Not all the afflocks are like this, but I feel like a lot of the ones complaining about DoT damage being weak won’t be happy until DoTs alone do the bulk of their damage, even though that will mean they’ll end up being nerfed in literally every other aspect just to try to balance around strong DoTs…
I think people need to realise hard hitting DoTs is never coming back because they’re too difficult to balance around. Why else do you think Afflock typically ended up at the top of the meters by the end of every expansion until the BFA rework?
Besides, Aff is in a really good spot right now with the Shadowlands rework. Yeah yeah your dots don’t hit that hard, but they’re the catalyst for your hard hitting spells, and are still respectable in aoe and cleave situations.
