This happened to our guild as well. Everyone from our heroic raid is currently unable to play their characters. Several players used the website’s unstuck tool but that just transferred our characters inside Fyrakk’s room. Everyone logging off for a couple minutes didn’t work.
Same here. Casting and rotating phases. cant release.
Our guild is also stuck on normal. Can Blizz please acknowledge this!!
Also stuck… i’m guessing this is a feature of the new patch. Nice… great… guild stuck in normal… nothing we’ve tried works to get us unstuck. Help blizz, help!

Also stuck. Using unstuck feature sent us to Fyrakk’s room, still unable to release.

We are also stuck in combat with everyone dead. We even waited to see if one of our shammy’s could anhk but they were unable to do so.
yo I cant play this game, golly gee shucks.
Also stuck on tindral. whole raid dead, just sitting there casting abilities. over 15 minutes, tried unstucking, cant ankh, cant release. just stuck.
Raid night is ruined. Keys on my main are ruined. What the heck, Blizz. We better get free time for this.

Our guild is stuck with the same issue
Our guild on Area 52 is perpetually stuck in Heroic Tindral. Even logging off completely for over 10 minutes does not end the boss combat and thus our main characters are unplayable until Blizz manually intervenes.
