HC progression vs HC all-out content

I suspect the fresh HC realms of being only a way of getting more players into fresh.

We did last time around. It just seems so meaningless to make new HC servers and then NOT progress them into BC. It seems they only made this server to feed players into fresh Classic → BC – to make fresh look more successful. I know that while most HC players do transfer some of their dead HC’s to Era, none really plays there, but instead go again in HC

They really do not listen!
