Havoc needs more abilities

This is a related thread again.

Other classes after the purge also have less abilities. Most of them have one resource builder or 2 and 3 spenders in general plus utilities that may or not help the team members. Like blur, so is not like dh is lower on the amount of skills than others.

We don’t need more, we need them to polish what’s already there. Revert blur to bfa and leach

Ret pally have more holy power generators abilities than abilities that use holy power. With enough haste and with good prco I find myself with more holy power than I have time to spend on.
