Vengeance DH here, a haste trinket or bloodlust means throw glaive is the only thing that fills the space in my rotation, while im waiting on Infernal Strike/immolation aura/fracture/cleave cd’s. But if youre Kyrian, putting Fel Bombardment against the Sigil CD legendary isn’t much of a choice, pve or pvp. IMO I rank the Fiery Brand cd reduction as best for pve, and the sigil reduction as best overall for vengeance right now (if youre kyrian especially). Even if you aren’t Kyrian Lowering the CD on AOE silence and AOE fear by 8 sec a cleave in RBG’s is game changer !!
