Sense yesterday I cant login. It shows that I am logged in as
bendarsoho . The realm all show that they are full and Hellsceam is not at
the top as usual. So I pick it from the list and all it brings up is the create new character scean, every time. I have a ticket in and it has been 24 hours they would have an answer. They have not yet answered.

Make sure your app launcher is updated first, there were licence issues that required a update yesterday to resolve.
Then in the drop down box for licenses make sure the correct one is displayed before clicking play.
I have no idea how to do that.
Simplest way is to reboot the computer and start the launcher app again.
