I would be looking into there benefit program if they have one to see if you have it extended to when you leave,just to be sure.Some places of work do cover that.Btw,they can’t withhold you paychecks that’s against the law.
Right. I suppose you wouldn’t mind not getting paid either. I mean, wanting to get what you’re supposed to be getting is “petty”, after all.
Where did they say they can’t handle phone calls and want everything handed to them on a silver platter? They said HR isn’t doing what they’re supposed to do and the number they’re given doesn’t help. If they weren’t making calls, how would they know if the number is helpful or not?
They can do automatic deductions for benefits programs you enroll in though.

That they can take for the program true,but that doesn’t mean most of the check is used for that.
