WoW has a core player base of neckbeard shut-ins who aren’t happy with anything in their lives, which makes a lot of sense considering WoW is the only thing in their lives.
Not everyone who plays WoW, obviously. But, the ones who just constantly complain about how bad and unplayable an expansion is- yeah. They’re just not well adjusted adults.
