When people say they hate Shadowlands, Tazavesh is literally never the reason why.
In fact, the only thing people seemed to be mad about regarding Tazavesh is that we got Oribos as our capital city instead of Tazavesh.

Tazavesh was one of the very few things I liked about Shadowlands. I look forward to revisiting it - especially in the context given by the Ethereals lorewalking chain with Ven’ari making another appearance.
I’m indifferent about Halls of Atonement making a return, it’s at the very least isn’t Sanguine Depths.
M+ was one of the few good things in SL though.
Funny. I’ve seen that exact opposite before, people bummed we got HoA over Sanguiney, although truth be told HoA is definitely more popular overall (and for good reason imo).
It’s fine. I hate the SL lore with a passion, but Tazavesh is a pretty cool city and we will only go there to team up with the Brokers. I doubt that there will be meetings with Pelagos and the other weirdos to reminisce about the good ol’ times.

You joke about it but…I unironically wanted this as an RP spot since the end of SL and the megadungeon just cause of the sheer perfection for tavern RP that is:

Bruh I’m praying we get some teasers that the Revendreth story is still going and that Sire D is still out there plotting his revenge.

tazvesh wouldve been a great city in shadowlands. oribos shouldve been a place you go like a few times a week to talk to the boring robots.
That and atoned Kael’thas will come back and be like “I did an oopsie! Dividing my people was merely a setback! I’ll work to bring the people of Quel’thalas back together! We can also forgive Sylvannas because she’s one of us and her sister is sad! Hooray for me!”
No one seemed to whine when Dalaran moved from Northrend to Broken Shore.

I got so burned out on these dungeons in SL, I really have no desire to go back to them. I’ll do it, because I go for 2k+ at minimum every season… but definitely not looking forward to them again. I’d rather have Tol’Dagor in rotation again over Halls or Taz. And that dungeon was a royal mess for most of BfA and after.
Kael’thas fan here I hope he gets another chance to prove himself.

The story part will be whatever. Good or bad, idm. I just don’t care to see those dungeons again personally. Id rather see a number of other dungeons in the pool, but I get that we’re stuck with them for ‘theme’ in that patch.
Tazavesh the market dungeon was really fun though
Well, Shadowlands does not die here, Arthas’s fate does not end as Pixie 5 anima Gaslighting Danuser, Sylvanas is not dead, the same thing the Jailler only he’s… deactivated and without batteries like a classical cosmologic robot and the primus may be Master Plan that has caused all this damage in Azeroth.
So it is obviously Shadowlands is Canon in everything that exists, if you want to assess only for Blizzard’s scandals and not because of how bad the expansion was like dragonflight was the same as Shadowlands only that without scandals, because I tell them that I do not live in that matrix, and accept reality.
Shadowlands will always be part of us.

I liked Shadowlands. BFA and WOD were worse in terms of story.
