This is not true at all.
Right there in the Program Terms (top right of the website), it says:
“During the Promotion Period, reward items will be available in limited numbers, and are available while supplies last and are subject to availability (“Rewards”).”
It seems that you, and others, just assumed that your desired reward would be available indefinitely. That was an incorrect assumption.
Also, there is nothing to say they will not restock items. They may just do that, seeing as the promotion runs for another two months. Keep an eye on Wowhead and the promotion website.

I’m disappointed in how quickly it “sold out”. Also, while not illegal, its frustrating when some folks have basically bought out their local supplies, turned in a ton of codes, and pop them on ebay for cash.
Yes, the terms absolutely were clear. But it still leaves a bad taste, the aftertaste of mtn dew and doritos , with what are now, to me, useless points. All I can do is keep clicking and hope I click in time if and when it returns.

More codes coming, hmn.
I hope I’m interpreting that wrong, but it seems to imply codes people already possess will be invalid.
Time shall tell!
I’m not sure where you are interpreting that, but I don’t think that’s the case.
It’s just restocking the codes for the mount. Soon ™.

I’m still waiting for the Warlord’s Deathwheel. Unless you know something about Calafornia law the rest of us do not I think we’re justified in our frustration.

Do you need help with something? Ranting isn’t what the CS forum is for, much less something that happened ten years ago, isn’t that useful. No, your frustration here won’t get anything change or made. That’s outside of the CS forums for that.

This post was from four days ago and the Blazecycle was restocked.
The Deathwheel is something entirely different, was linked to a contest and yes, there are laws involved.
This is a Customer Support forum. A peer to peer helpdesk. There wasn’t a reason to bring this back up after a solution was checked and the bike restocked.

Honestly wasnt worth responding too ive got better things to do.
In California no sweepstakes or contest may require a purchase of any sort, including contest submission fees. Any sweepstakes or contest involving alcohol must not require entrants to visit a certain premise and must be open to all residents. General U.S. promotion laws apply after that.

It may surprise you to know that I don’t visit the forums every day and this is news to me. I only really came back to this thread because someone flagged my lamentation about scalpers as “trolling”. The reply that I replied to seemed inappropriately sarcastic.
Thank you for the information, I was not aware. Maybe I’ll try to get the mount, but I’m not going to be surprised if it sells out again and more codes go up on eBay for absurd prices.
Not anymore, thank you.
Then maybe you shoudn’t have.
Its definitely restocked, there was one lone citrus/blackberry at the Publix near my house. I purchased it, the code redeemed for 1000 points and the Blazecycle is valued at 600. I purchased it and it and it was waiting for me when I logged in.
