im just tired of mastery, crit, and vers all increasing chaosbolt damage it literally scales off everything except haste but haste just makes it better anyway when u get 2 off in 3 seconds or less

My chaos bolts hit for 110k no buffs. 250k bolts isnt normal. Its charged up.
It does good dmg. I doubled an UHDK’s dmg in 2’s and necrotics won thr game.
If only Focus Chaos and Greater Pyro were PvP talents. Then Blizzard could change them without effecting their precious PvE…

I’d be impressed if your normal bolts hit for 110k but regardless.

Seems relative to me. An assass rogue can do 110k in the time it takes me to eventually get a bolt off
