Just did it last night as shadow with two orbs to spare, 462 ilvl and no twilight devastation nor infinite stars equipped. You just need to find your rhythm and path and go at it.
No mask ,not even using any orbs for a full clear as Holy Priest . Get your research talent completed , use concentrated flame as main ,holy fire ,chastise , GET A CLAW(use on bosses ) trinket and a PSYCHE SHREDDER for bosses, shining force, fear , AND filthy transfusion azurite trait works well .

IIRC, Cloak rank 11 week was also the week healers got the -42% to enemy health buff in visions.
So they probably could have done it much sooner - but it went from being the ~same encounter for disc/holy as shadow, to being half difficulty for heal specs.
Worth noting it was the same guy who did all 3.
