I did the quest and received the mail, but only got 10 Acuity. Has this been happening a lot? If it’s happened to you, did you eventually get the promised Acuity?

Talking to Roldira in the Crafters Enclave In Dornogal at /way 55.32, 55.76 they will give you a small quest, which gives you 350 Artisans Acuity and other crafting items depending on what you choose.
The 350 acuity comes from the quest in the little crafting orders room. You complete the quest, open whichever cache you selected, and receive your mats and acuity. Nothing gets mailed to you.
There was no cache to open. There was nothing but a piece of mail with 10 acuity in it.
Check to make sure you didn’t already do it.
I have quite the fleet of toons, and nearly panicked on one for the same reason, until I saw I still had the work order placed on that guy.
tldr; I’ve done it over a dozen times and has yet to be an issue. Double check your tools, KP books (i.e. check vendor for missing book), check work orders, etc.
