Hello!
I am attempting to complete the “Harnessing the Arcane” quest and there is no appearance of a progress bar when being “Empowered with Unstable Arcane Energy”. Even after all of the nodes have been siphoned.
Please advise.

Same problem here. I tried disabling all addons, relogging, abanding the quest, zoning to different places, and every combination of those things to get a progress bar to show up and nothing.
Kind of a big bummer since I was trying to unlock my Mage Class Mount and it seems that is entirely impossible because this quest can not be completed at all.
Same here. I hope it get fixed after this reset
