Funny, you were the first response to this thread about “the UI” and all you did was mention addons. So if others can’t debate your point then you shouldn’t have made it to begin with.
its not that they are stupid but on average people dont know what they are until they are told by others. If blizzard wants their game to rely on add ons they should do like bethesda and have a add on menu on the base log on
I mean, the game doesn’t RELY on addons, their mechanic announcement has gotten a lot better and now that you can move your buff/debuff frames that solves a major issue of mine.
bfa was years ago… we dont get enough new players to replace the amount of players that move on with their life
I mean, you can’t know how many new players we do or don’t get.
Hell, just for DF prepatch we’ve had people from our classic guild (bout 8) return to the game who haven’t played since legion or before.
By majority, i think you mean most of the noobs who don’t do anything in the game that requires knowing what’s actually going on. Personally for me, I’m with the OP. The new UI is actually trash and i will definitely be using add-ons.
The ui is trash they should of just hired someone making ui addon’s would of did a better job. There quality sure has gone down for all the money they say they make I wouldn’t brag about mass unsubs in 3 or 4 months every expansion and yes more quit than ever stay for a whole expansion it’s quite obvious and stuff like this half done ui is a good example of why.
At times it feels like that in general. I just unsub and play other stuff.
Game sucks butt sometimes lol.
I’ve never heard it put quite like this. That’s a very apt description!
Thus is the cyclical lifespan of mmo’s though, FFXIV goes through the same thing, but instead of trying to fight it, they just embrace it.
Oh man you got me!
Argue the point.
Very cool.
Yes, it displays information on the screen.
Thats not even a complete sentence.
if(cents==2) {
int have_an_idea = 0;
int understand_code = 0;
switch (have_an_idea) {
case 0:
printf ( “You’re absolutely right. \n” );
printf ( “How dare I talk about the game. \n” );
switch (understand_code) {
case 0:
printf ( "Clearly I have no idea what I’m talking about. \n );
printf ( "And it’s not like I could possibly know the first thing about coding anyway. \n );
break;
}
break;
}
}
Um haven’t they been selling us inconvenience in the form of ingame borrowed power systems for 3 expansions?
Well it was early in the morning.
And thats why the majority of players are just bad at the game.
Which is NO FAULT of their own. I mean a prime example of would be early game Tank Threat mechanics, where the ONLY way to see how much threat the tank had vs how much damage or healing you could do before you pulled threat from the tank was with addons…
i give up. im muting this,
