Yes, I imagine there might be a small patch to be applied too. (And patch is applying on my battle.net now) And server came up after patch applied.

I am new to PTR - which PTR am i suppose to click and install for HC Classic?

It should be up now. Here are the instructions from Blizzard:

  • Launch the Battle.net launcher
  • Navigate to the account settings located in the top right corner
  • On the Battle.net website, select the Games & Subscriptions tab
  • Scroll down and find the option “Create a Public Test Realm (PTR) account to access new World of Warcraft content before it goes live”
  • Click on the “Create PTR account” button and provide the necessary information to create your account
  • Once your account is created, download the WoW Classic PTR
  • Launch the developmental version of the game from your regular Battle.net launcher

not up, still the level 60pvp realm is up.

I saw some folks mention they have a PVP event at 2pm so it will probably after that or even later.

Both are up, you have to go to Change Realm and switch to the other one for leveling, I literally just did it.

oh i see, not a different realm, but a different tab at the bottom which is new. But looks like it is indeed up!
