Heylo, I recently made this character because I saw so many gorgeous haranir warlocks. That and I love the idea of a race so far removed from any sort of dark magic having a few members turning to the dark path.
I’ve been asking around in-game and rp discords for thoughts and advice and I’m curious for more input.
Basically this character I was thinking learned warlockery after having visions beneath the roots of Shaladrassil. Like during the events of Legion or maybe after or both, she saw visions of Xavius, the Nightmare, and the Burning Legion’s march in the broken isles. And through them she kind of learned basic fel magic.
And maybe even later on she ventured too close to the rift of Aln’hara, and was nearly driven mad. Though she heard a mysterious voice she interpreted as Aln’hara herself telling her in some way to venture aboveground and seek out warlocks.
Not sure how that sounds for the character, but would love input or suggestions. Especially from any haranir warlocks if there are any out there!
I’m thinking too that a goal for her in rp is to eventually find a teacher or teachers for good or I’ll among warlocks. Basically follow “Aln’hara’s” guidance though whether it was the voice of her goddess or something else is a mystery.
