Happy Treason Day, You Ungrateful Colonials

germans drink their beer warm

I’ve been to the House of Commons.

I rather enjoyed the display. Though I would hesitate to call it “refined” by any definition.

It’s only treason if you lose.

They drink bagged milk in Canada?

I’m told this is a Canadian summer passtime

“Canadian” and “refined” are not two words I’d ever put in the same sentence.

Come across the border to enjoy a real economy some time, on us!

I prefer the good ol wine. Tastes better.

And my family is cooking a meal - Grilled chicken with some sides.

As a southern girl I gotta have my “Sweet” tea.

But we kept the English system of measurement. So we are miles ahead.

I used 123 DNA and found out I’m 73% British.

I don’t eat hot dogs, but I do eat tofu dogs. Looking forward to the fireworks in game and out on my front porch.

We still have tea…it’s just colder and sweeter.

I remember Canada fondly. This one time I got sick, but didn’t go broke.

Ah Canukastan.

You’re just lucky our military industrial complex hasn’t found a way to make it expensive and profitable enough to invade. Just too damn close.

And you got to know the pharma industry is calling for it. Reasonably priced drugs, people allowed to get sick and keep their house and savings. Just insane.

July 4th the Day American get to celebrate being a citizen of a country rather than a subject of one.

Happy 4th of July you original 3%ers!

Unfortunately for the tea drinkers that was to both sides old sport. Nothing like grabbing a bowl of popcorn and watching the old countries go at it.

You do realize American beer was crafted by Germans who introduced beer to the Country. The only reason it remains low in alcohol content is: since the prohibition period, that was all the alcohol content that was allowed during the end of the era. Americans were know for drinking cider pre beer.

I wouldn’t associate Americans with beer that was created by German immigrants.

Now American Bourbon whiskey is a totally different thing and I will take a quality American bourbon any day of the week over some over priced scotch.

Happy 4th of July.
