I know some lore but chose a nelf for the same reasons you did, also for SL. I’ve really come to love both nelves and druids! I actually find that I’m super interested in nelf lore. My covenant is Ardenweald and I like what that brings to the table, too. Being a druid nelf there feels very appropriate. Plus, once you choose them, there is additional content in the storyline that just kind of adds to it for me!
Ngl i was expecting “i can shadowmeld the million of mobs attacking me because i can’t fly” as the reason for liking nelf in SL

I know this is a necro, but I love Night Elves so much! I may be a filthy Blood Elf for now, but that will soon change! The Kaldorei are near and dear to me.

Well, it’s just true. I hate werewolf stories in general, and I don’t like the models (never have). I cannot stand the voice acting, and the female voice sounds like someone gargling gravel. It’s stupid. I cannot hang out with it.
