And the two specs I like right now are MM and UH, both got buffs so \O/ happy nerf day!
I don’t know who is charge of balancing the classes but they messed up shadow priests and mages. My pally with a significantly lower gear score does much more damage than my mage or my friends shadow priest. cmon Bliz.

The people crying for nerfs would never reach the level of play those using it to push those keys are.
If anything does change, players will just complain about that meta

Fury is getting buffed in PVE for once. Not by much, but I’ll take it.
I liked that one that looked like a crossbow even though it wasn’t very efficient
Honestly I’m doubting the meta will change much, if at all.
Holy Paladin would most likely get replaced with a disc priest, then the shadow priest spot opens up. I can see a warlock spec likely taking this spot.
Fire mage may reroll frost mage.
Aug evoker is just on another level and still very likely staying in the meta. Until their utility kit is revised, I don’t see that changing anytime soon. Their damage is not the reason they’re brought to high keys.
Guardian druid hardly got changed, I don’t see them moving out of the meta. They’re still extremely tanky and the vers from MOTW is super good to have. I think DH would be the next runner up because of their damage output.
Nerf day meant something a lot different 30 years ago at recess.

my problem with nerf day is how they’ve commercialized it.
It used to be just about the complaining… Now it’s about… Well complaining but also e sports.

Thats what im afraid of. Really miss playing devestation if I were to be honest. Its nearly impossible to play with that spec in keys over +20.
Still deciding if I want to log in or not. And whether one or the other will be ongoing or not.

Had 2 devastation in heroic raid today, and they were top 3.
God comp still needs more nerfs so it probably wont change. If anything does it’ll be Disc/Holy in replace of Hpal and Warlock/Boomie taking Spriest spot.
Thats raid through, im referring to m+ specifically.
Other classes getting nerfed won’t make you play better.

I understand Ret “needs” ST buffs.
Personally I do not mind being a hybrid dps spec with a ton of survivability, utility, and ease of play being in the mid-low tier of the pack. Why shouldn’t the harder to play specs reward with good dps appropriately?

Aug, SP, Ret, and DH are being ranked as S for raid, and Aug Fire Mag and SP for mythic+ on at least one website. Posted today about 7-8 hours ago
