Sometimes listening and supporting is all it takes.
You dont have to give great advice, just be there for them as they struggle so they are not doing it alone.
And sometimes, “We should get you some help” is great advice on its own.

Ok, that’s not what other people were talking about. But, it’s not asking a lot for people to listen to others when they’re in distress. Like, it’s the minimum level of entry into being a decent human being.
If you didn’t bring it up it never would have happened, and this wouldn’t matter.

Its something you can talk and vent to but no talk back.
Harley Cutie and Nugget are great therapists. They know when I’m upset and sit on my lap and i talk to em.

Yup, they can be as well. Sometimes it just takes talking to something and vent to realise something. Also sometimes it takes someone just asking the right question for your brain just to go “huh, maybe”.
