I am well over 30 (closer to 40 even) and to this day I don’t know anyone who actually celebrates flag day or even what that even means and how it is fundamentally different than July 4th.

I’m originally from the Philippines but only 1 flag flies atop the flagpole in front of my home.
Thank you for the opportunities I’ve been given that weren’t obtainable in my home country for me America.
