Hallow’s Eve Dragon saddle question

I noticed this on the drop list for the Headless Horseman/candy bucket

I did very little in Dragonflight, so apologies if this a stupid question, but is this saddle only for the mount mentioned or can it be used on any of the dragonflying mounts?

If the former, is there a variant for the other dragons? I really only use the highland dragon or the proto one and would love this saddle for those.

Boo. No pun intended. Well I guess I am going to have to learn to love that green goblin looking dragon because that saddle is super neat.
