Had Beta access for 2 months, now gone

Hi there,
This isn’t a request for beta access, but more of a question of what happened? This wasn’t PTR, but actual beta access. I quested in the started area which was phased and even filed 2 bugs.

Today, I went to play and I can’t login to the client nor can I post in the Beta forums.

I could file a ticket, but am scared that I’ll get a reply that I’m not supposed to do that.

Anyway, help would be welcome.

EDIT: I did change my password. During the last maintenance window, I noticed some oddities on my account and think it got compromised. So I changed my password.

I don’t see any changes to the beta access.

I believe this might be relevant to your issue though.

As for strange behavior, I’m not seeing any change in your access no strange IPs, etc… All access looks to be consistent with how you normally access our services.

If you think that there was a possibility that your account was compromised, you’ll want to take steps to make sure your computer is free of any malicious software/keyloggers.

I’d recommend adding an authenticator too.
