High Steakz Mission Statement
High Steakz was originally founded as the vision of Dillon, our Guild Master, with the intention of creating a well-structured foundation and plan toward the long-term goal of Hall of Fame (HoF) raiding. While Dillon was the guild’s initial visionary and architect, and has led the guild as GM and Raid Leader since its inception, High Steakz has since evolved into a continually improving and collaborative effort between him, the officers, and the raiders.
High Steakz formed just three weeks after the opening of Season 1 of The War Within with only three initial members. In a single season, we’ve gone from 0 to CE, achieving Cutting Edge with a US 564 rank (WCL)—an incredible feat for a newly formed guild. Along the way, we’ve built a rock-solid main team and an outstanding officer core, skyrocketing from rank 3012 on our first AOTC kill to our current standing.
Our success is no accident: we are highly organized and invest significant time into preparation and refining every aspect of the guild, led by a Multi-Cutting Edge leadership team with the knowledge and experience to guide us forward. We continue to push rank and down bosses with significantly fewer pull counts than the average guilds at our current progression, confidently calling ourselves an established team.
At High Steakz, we are built on transparency, accountability, humility, and an unshakable team-first mentality. We treat every raid seriously but never at the expense of the respect or well-being of our members. Our community has varied interests; whether you’re a raider, PvPer, Mythic+ enthusiast, or more casually focused, you’ll find a home here. Each person, no matter their background or values, is welcome, as long as they can coexist with others in a respectful and peaceful manner.
