[H-WPvP-LightRP] Blood Crows Recruiting the Bloodthirsty

A note scrawled in dark red ink is pinned to the wall of a seedy tavern:

A clutch revealed to face the sky
whose guard lies cold in scarlet sun,
a hatchling rears to meet the gaze
of she who feasts upon the one.

Intrigued by wit from one so weak
her talons grasp the fated prize
to carry home to pitch dark fen
a new blood crow to cauterize.

At the bottom of the text is the signet of a crow pressed into scarlet wax.

The Blood Crows are a small Horde world PvP guild. While the guild primarily focuses on world PvP, we participate in ranked PvP, PvE, and light RP.

Our goal is to grow our core group of active players who love world PvP, and to use that group to continue to stir up trouble in the open world. Though our numbers may be small, it is our hope that our enemies will know our name and know to expect a fight from us any time they see us.

Much of our time in the game is spent finding and testing new tools and techniques that are usable in world PvP, especially those not available in other PvP content in the game. We curate an ever-growing wiki documenting this information, free for anyone to use, with the hope that it results in even more world PvP to go around.

(It’s good to see the Crows growing! You’re right they may be small - but every fight is fun and engaging and y’all are probably some of the best sports out there!

Best of luck, and may your future be soaked in the blood of your enemies - including my own.)

Blacktrial killed me just last night in glorious fashion. 10/10 would recommend.

The innocuous looking Dracthyr sits in the middle of a corona of blackened and burnt earth. Still in her visage form, she cradles an injured arm in her lap. Despite many obvious injuries she’s got a smile on her face. She knows better than to take it personally.

“Ow. Ow ow ow.” She hisses as she pushes herself to her feet. Maybe her most recent scuffle wasn’t the most advisable. But Mender Azostra was never one to be cowed by poor odds, no matter how dearly she might pay the price.

The unmistakable sound of a war horn and the sight of flying shapes in the distance causes her to let out a sigh. She takes off for the next battle, motivated by a few things: thoughts of a nice comfy bed to sleep in and a woman’s strong arms wrapped around her. But most of all to put on a fight that will be remembered.

Happy Greedy Emissary month, to all those who celebrate! We certainly do - so tuck your treasure goblins when you hear the Breaknecks purr.

Be easy!

Days worth of injuries, catalogued in a messy hand, by one Mender Azostra of the Blood Crows:

Day 1: Severe cut on the head, cracked horn, broken fingers. Sent into the future by use of bronze aspected magic.

Day 2: Battered right eye, gouging cut on the thigh, several scales missing. Severe cut on the head, cracked horn, broken fingers. Sent into the future by use of bronze aspected magic.

Day 3: Cracked floating rib, moderately severe burns on both forearms, fractured nose. Battered right eye, gouging cut on the thigh, several scales missing. Severe cut on the head, cracked horn, broken fingers. Sent into the future by use of bronze aspected magic.

Somewhere in the Ringing Depths a disheveled woman reverently held a tomato. It was held delicately in the palm of her hand. A perfect specimen, unblemished and bright red. She tried very carefully to slice the tomato. It was not going well.

Only having been awake for a few years, Azos had a whole list of foods to try. The tomato was one of them. She was about to make progress, about to actually cut a slice of this tomato without squashing it flat, when she’s stopped cold by a bright light and a dozen voices raised in anger.

She sighed and threw the tomato over her shoulder. She tossed the knife up and down in her hand and frowned. Far, far more upset that her moment with the tomato was ruined than she was about the upcoming brawl. The entire place quickly descended into chaos.
