Adequate is a PvE progression guild looking for skilled players to complete our 25-man raid team. Adequate is originally a transfer from Bigglesworth with a very loyal core of experienced players that have stuck together since the start of Vanilla Classic. We run one progression raid team and distribute loot via RCLootCouncil. While we aren’t a hardcore guild, we take raid progression seriously and expect our raiders to do the same.
At the moment, we are working on clearing IC HM and Algalon before P3 drops. We are looking for more DPS to complete our raid roster moving into P3 since the primary issue that’s been holding our raid-team back is the roster boss.
Progression
P1: 17/17, including OS3D and Glory of the Raider 25.
P2: 25m: 14/14, 8/9 HM (Mimi HM and Algalon prog) || 10m: 14/14, 9/9 HM (cleared weekly).

Loot System
We use a Loot Council system complemented by the RCLootCouncil Classic addon. Our loot council use RCLootCouncil to determine item interest after each kill to quickly and efficiently distribute loot. We try to be as transparent as possible with our loot distribution decisions, and are very receptive to feedback regarding those decisions.
What We Are Looking For

A player that knows how to play their class and spec. Our guild has quite a few helpful, knowledgeable members that are always willing to help out if you reach out to them. We expect you to play competently with minimal hand-holding.

A player that comes prepared each raid night. Use all of the appropriate consumables, make sure your character’s gear is built optimally (pre-BiS/BiS, enchants, gems), and have a good understanding of the boss fights. We will provide raid, boss, and class guides on our Discord, so there’s no exceptions.

A team player. You are making a commitment when you join a PvE raid team and we expect you to make it to at least 80% of our raid nights, help out with useful professions, and help other players in the guild succeed.

A good attitude. Everyone in our guild is generally very laid-back. We understand that this is just a game and that everyone makes mistakes. We have zero tolerance for talking down to others, being unnecessarily argumentative (arguing for the sake of arguing), or just generally being a jerk/troll.
