Multipass is an adult (18+) raiding guild that is highly motivated and driven to slay pixilated dragons, get those phat loots, and have fun whilst doing it all.
Our current raid times are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 6:30-10:30 PM PST.
Our raid team is devoted to individual progress to benefit the success of the team as a whole. While not a requirement, we would definitely see a recruit to be ahead of others if there were alternative characters (or off specs) available to be utilized for a given fight/raid needs.
While our time is limited to twelve hours a week, we take our time within the raid serious and expect all raiders to be of like mind. This entails outside research for both class and boss mechanics, showing up on time (maybe even a little early for trash), spending time outside of raid to ensure your available gear is the best possible (mythic+, WQ, etc.), and the like. This is not life, but we do not want to waste time on unnecessary wipes to either not knowing mechanics or being under-geared/highest AP possible. As such, our GMs and officer team track outside activity, and this is a factor in obtaining and maintaining a spot on the team, as well as loot distribution.
The core of the group has been raiding consistently for several tiers, over many expansions, and years. Some of us are friends in real life, most of us are professionals, have families, significant others, etc. That said, we do not foster or tolerate drama, elitism, or tunnelers who ignore raid lead directives. We expect a general respect for everyone else because we have that for you. We want to have a good time killing virtual dragons, not laughing at the latest meme or fart noise you can make during raid. We have a zero tolerance for someone new jumping in and trying to “stand out” by interfering with raid calls.
Minimal requirements: mythic experience (previous xpac considered in lieu of current), parse logs, and 410+ ilvl, 43~AP neck. Anything else would need to address and discussed further. We do not recruit for a bench, so unless you are currently where we are for experience and gear, we are not the place to apply.
Raid requirements: maintain near perfect attendance, remain within the top ilvl range on parse logs…discord, mic, basic raid addons (boss announcements, threat meter, AA…), etc.
Upon submission of your application, the leadership will review, confirm logs, and reach out to you. Upon acceptance, there will be a trial period, which length will be determined predominantly by your individual performance within the raid, thus varies from initiate to initiate. Any “no show/no call” during the trial period will be seen as a desire to withdraw your application, as such you will be promptly removed from the roster and most likely the guild as well.
