Answering some of the most common questions about Cerberus:

Google sheets have been organized and raiders will be expected to keep them open for the duration of the raid for target assignments during trash and raid encounters in order to minimize downtime during raids.

Engineering profession is HIGHLY encouraged for DPS classes, not required but I will continue to frown upon those who do not choose to roll Engineering for the benefit of their DPS and the raid.

Recruitment will continue regardless of current capacity of classes. Currently needing more Mages, Warlocks, and Shamans specifically. All interested hardcore raiders will be given fair chance at core raid spots based on: swiftness to 60, swiftness to attain pre-bis, activity, attitude, and skill/knowledge of raid encounters and your class.

On the missing 1 raid a month. I agree with it. But i was wondering if i were to miss a raid because of work. Is that something thats understood or no excuses. Otherwise sounds like a great guild! Ill be a resto shaman for raids btw
