I have never really been part of a true rp guild as I am sort of new to it and get very nervous when rping, but I have Granny here my elder who I'd love to find a tribe for. She normally just wanders around org looking for grandpa or her grandchildren.
New and experienced roleplayers are welcome here! It would be nice to have your elder among the tribe. Drop an application on our website!
The Wolfmane are packing up and migrating to Fuselight in the Badlands!
*glances through roster*
I do not see any undead, though that would be rare I guess.
Personally I am looking to place my grumpy undead in a multi race guild. Will take a look at your website later on.. :)

We do not generally accept Forsaken due to the culture. The most we have had was temperary additions which are just as rare.
Still you can talk to leadership about it and see what could happen. The worst they can say is no, right?

Yes, unfortunately as Wolfmane is a traditional tauren tribe that follows the Old Ways so we do not allow undead with the exception of tauren death knights! However, we're not opposed to role playing with them and would still totally be interested in meeting you!
Though ignoring all that if you're primarily seeking a multi-race guild not so certain Wolfmane would be the place! While we do allow other races they are required to live by tauren customs and take part in tauren traditions. So even our orcs and our trolls and our elves and so on are still pretty much culturally tauren, or at least they have to live as such when amongst the tribe.
That said, no doubt there's tons of multi-race guilds out there! I'd check out the Horde-side guild directory.

It's just getting started but already there's quite a few guilds listed on there! Check it out. :D If you are wanting more a tribal theme though look into the Windsong Herd or Whitehorn Tribe. They're also tauren tribes, but they allow undead I believe though they may have to go through a trial phase first.

Ah, I see..
Such is understandable and thank you for the information.

November Update: Part One!
IC News
After departing Stranglethorn Vale, the Wolfmane settled within Stonard in the Swamp of Sorrows. Many tribemates found themselves rather out of their element in the swamp, amongst so many Horde soldiers, but we got along rather well and got to listening for clues on the whereabouts of any cultists.
It wasn't long before we heard rumors. To the East, by the shore. Horde soldiers were disappearing. Screaming in the night. This information in mind, the Wolfmane scouted out for this camp. It wasn't long before we found it, nestled in the corner of the swamp, and there we saw horrible things: Cultists corrupting elementals, bending them to their will and killing them if they did not submit.
Now that we had the information, all we had to do was prepare. We returned to Stonard and put together a plan of action and donned our weapons and armor. And within a few days, we marched on the camp, intent on ending the cultists and freeing the elementals.
Only, some unknown force had beaten us to the punch. Cultists scattered the camp, dead, their eyes gouged out. Wolfmane was left confused and shocked, and we wandered the camp, seeking clues. In the process we found several strange corrupted objects, as well as notes that gave us clues as to what had happened. The Sleeper had been displeased by the Black Dawn's failure in Stranglethorn, and had killed all those here as punishment. And as a warning -- a show of his strength.
But not only that, we found letters between lovers, which shared the location of our next target: The Badlands. We returned to Stonard to prepare for our journey.
Except things would not be that easy. The unease in the air pursued. Horde soldiers continued to disappear, and soon so did Wolfmane members. Those that remained feared for their tribemates and so went out to investigate, and soon found a trail leading out of the swamp, and into the crypts of Karazhan where angered spirits blamed them for the suffering they had endured under the Black Dawn.
Determined not only to rescue their family, but also soothe the spirits, Wolfmane ventured into the crypts, and one by one we found the missing people. And in the process, we encountered a spirit from each of the different elements and proved ourselves to them through kindness, patience, and strength.
The rescued were shaken and terrified, but relatively unharmed and the tribe joyfully reunited. We enjoyed one another's company, proud as well that we had managed to soothe the spirits. And after a short time to recover, we turned our eyes north. We would not get long to rest.

November Update: Part Two!
We traveled through the high road above Redridge Mountains, before coming into the Burning Steppes. Being in such unfamiliar territory, with no road to boot, we quickly found ourselves lost and vulnerable to bandits. Dwarven bandits came out, thieving from us and stealing our food and water. Little was able to be recovered, and eventually we were forced to stop at the first settlement we encountered: Chiselgrip. We did our best to replenish our supplies there, with little luck, and it was about to get far, far worse.
The Black Dawn launched a massive attack on Chiselgrip. Hungry, thirsty, and exhausted, we fought with all our strength and all the might we could muster. But it was not enough. Our former High Shaman, Callinanu Starflame, fell in battle before at last the Black Dawn ceased the attack.
With heavy hearts and pursued by tormenting spirits, we fled the Burning Steppes, rushing through the Searing Gorge before finally coming into Badlands where we took shelter at New Kargath, where we finally took the time to honor our fallen brother and reconnect with old allies. Yet even still, we could not catch a break. All too aware of the whispers that had followed Wolfmane, the Horde soldiers of New Kargath ordered us out for their own safety, and Wolfmane was forced into the harsh desert, where dust storms and terrible visions pursued. We were separated in the storms, for a time lost, until finally we reunited in an old tomb. At long last, we rested in peace and quiet.
Soon, a group of elves came to the tomb. They claimed they were here to find artifacts, but many of their own had gone missing. Finding this suspicious, Wolfmane went out to search for the missing elves, but instead we found a dwarf, claiming he had just escaped from slavery though his friends, and presumably the elves, had been left behind. He took us back to them, and there we found elves and dwarves, all explorers now brought down to starving, dirtied slaves, tortured by the Black Dawn. We tried to rescue them, but one cultist, who seemed to be more powerful than the rest, phased through our protective barrier and slaughtered them all. We returned to the tomb and let the explorers know, and they returned to Silvermoon, saddened by the loss of their friends.
Concerned for our safety and hoping to find allies in the hostile desert, we went to the goblin town of Fuselight. Though safety was bought, it was far more secure than the tomb had been and gave us some ease...

December Update!
This month Wolfmane decided to try something a bit different!
OOC News
This month Wolfmane closed down recruitment so that we could focus on our exisitng members! We grew too quickly too fast, and though Wolfmane prides itself in being welcoming it's very hard to do when there's so many people coming in at once! So, we closed doors and instead focused on trying to make sure our new members got properly inducted into the tribe.
Not only that, however, we tried a new thing in terms of storyline by splitting up the tribe and having two simultaneous stories going on at once! Let's get into it, shall we?
IC News
The tribe gathered outside of Fuselight to celebrate our monthly Feather Ceremony. However, despite all of us thinking that for one night, we might have peace and joy, the spirits were not so kind. As the ceremony came to a close, a dust storm rolled in, blinding all that were present. The storm raged for several minutes, and when at last it died down, only a portion of the tribe remained in the desert.
Several woke up underground, in some unknown place. Slaves were being starved and beaten all around them, and overseers pushed them to work. And from then on, our tribemates were tormented and forced to work in terrible conditions. Yet though they were bound and had no idea where they were, our brothers and sisters did not give up. They quickly began to plan their escape, learning more and more of their captors, and preparing for the moment to strike...
Back within the Badlands, the remaining tribe quickly began to investigate the whereabouts of our tribemates. We sought out the storms, determining that they were unnatural, caused by the Black Dawn to try and hide their actions. We followed one storm in particular to a cultist encampment, where we found them bending the elements to their will once again. We killed the cultists, but unfortunately in our desperation we also killed the suffering elemental.
Determined to regain the elements' favor, we went out and hunted a mighty beast to sacrifice to the elements. The elements were pleased, and we continued our desperate search for our tribemates.
Eventually we found yet another cave -- one filled to the brim with cultists. We stormed the cave, destroying the cultists present and marking our way as we went, until at last we came to the back of the cave where a shadow portal stood. The way was blocked, however, by dark magic, and though our hearts ached we were forced to return to camp to recover and regain ourselves.
But when next we returned, after gathering our strength, the sunwalkers of the tribe harnessed all of An'she's light to bring down the wall, and we rushed the portal, and found ourselves in a dark room that seemed to thrum with harmful, corrupting energy.
At the same time, our captured tribemates had begun their own battle to escape and had reached the end of the road. And though we could not reach each other, Wolfmane found that there was a window, a window in which we could see one another. And together we faced two shadows of the same cultist. Together we fought with all the strength and might we could must, fueled on by our determination to see one another again, to hug one another.
The battle was harsh. Many suffered terrible injuries. But as the two shadows fell, Wolfmane, for a moment, stared to one another through the window, relief on our faces. And then when next we blinked, we were right back at the location of the Feather Ceremony, where we had been separated. Many rejoiced, hugging and sobbing in relief. The joy was shortlived though as we saw the injuries our brothers and sisters had sustained -- emotional trauma, cuts and bruises, missing eyes and limbs. Wolfmane joined together to heal one another, and to comfort one another.
The Black Dawn in the Badlands had been defeated, and there were rumors of activity in the Twilight Highlands. But that could wait. For just a little while longer, we would rest, and tend to one another.

January Feather Ceremony
After a month of intense struggling and suffering, Wolfmane gathered once more outside of Fuselight for their monthly Feather Ceremony. This Feather Ceremony was far more somber, but even in times of sadness, we must still continue our traditions, and honor our brothers and sisters.

- Awenas Steelhorn. You sacrificed so much of yourself to protect your tribemates, as a true mother would.
- Celebrim Dawnsinger. Rarely do I see you take up arms against anyone. I know it was for the sake of your tribemates, and I am grateful for it.
- Cheruun Darkmane. You fought a battle not through physical might, but by ensuring we were prepared for the fight ahead. When all others wished to rush in a blind passion, you kept your head and made sure we would come out of it alive.
- Jiasi Rainwalker. You did everything you could to keep everyone alive. You saved many of our tribemates, and I thank you.
- Koko Torros. You would turn the overseers to you, and take their punishments so that your tribemates would not have to, even at the cost of your own arm. You a braver than most, my brother.
- Krojen Pridemane. In spite of your mistake made in anger, you have redeemed yourself, and Wolfmane, and forged a new weapon out of this redemption to save your tribemates. I am proud of you.
- Skorest Firebinder. You humiliated yourself for the sake of our people, your people. You forged weapons when no overseers were looking. You made the means for their escape.

January Update!
OOC News
Wolfmane is still closed for recruitment! Despite that however, we remain active and present within the community. On top of having our regular storyline events and other side events, we were involved in the Winter Revelry! Quite the doozy, let me tell you. And with plans to do more, but more on that in next month's update!
Overall, we're still keeping busy. 2018 is proving to be another exciting and hectic year!
IC News
After taking some time to recover in Fuselight, at last we decided it was time to move on. We found we were rather low on supplies, and since we were in a town of goblins, well, why not haggle? After some intense negotiations and, surprisingly, making some unlikely friends, Wolfmane packed up and headed north. Traveling through Loch Modan was tricky business, and we didn't want to alert any dwarven friends, but we made it through and went through a mountain pass before coming into Twilight Highlands.
And there we found land corrupted beyond all belief. The very air itself felt choking, and the wildlife shambled along, sick with shadow magic. Thankfully the farther north we went the better it looked, but the first impression clung to us and we wondered just what the Black dawn was doing here. Or, had done here. For traveling all the way south to north we didn't see any current activity!
Our suspicions were confirmed when, out of the blue, a Dragonmaw orc came to the little cave we had claimed for our current camp. Kel'ruk Dragonsbane, he called himself, telling us that cultists had been here but had disappeared, leaving behind their corruption. The biggest problem, he said, were the corrupted proto-drakes flying about.
Of course, the Dragonmaw had no doubt in their abilities to deal with the threat, but thought to invite the Wolfmane along in the hunt. On one condition: The Wolfmane had to fight in the Dragonmaw Pits! Though relunctant, we agreed to this game and thus battled the Dragonmaw champions. The first five were defeated with ease, but when Kel'ruk called on his own two sons, two of our own, Narangali and Krojen Pridemane, volunteered to be the Wolfmane's champions.
Their rivals proved to be more powerful than they thought, and Krojen and Narangali were battered, but not quite beaten. Yet even so, it was a close match, until one of the Wolfmane, outraged at seeing her family harmed, lashed out at one of the sons. Insulted, the Dragonmaw declared the battle over, and refused to work with the Wolfmane. We returned home, upset.
Shortly after another potential ally approached: A Wildhammer dwarf. He told us of how many of his people had fallen ill, and requested we come and help if we had so much experience in dealing with this cult. We obliged and followed him, though we were warned not to enter the dwarven village. A much easier task, it seemed.
The dwarves were in awful condition, some already near death. And despite our best efforts, we could not save them all, though there were only a few losses. Grateful for our assistance, the dwarf thanked us, though when warned of corrupted proto-drakes flying about he seemed relatively unconcerned. How strange.
We returned to our camp, glad to have made at least one ally in this strange, hostile land. Maybe, just maybe, for once our luck would start to turn around.

I've been to your guys story circle quite a number of times now (tho for only a few hours at a time sadly, early Mondays suuuuck) and I must say, it's the highlight of my week. I even convinced my better half to attend the last one and they too loved it. :) You guys have in a way "Inspired" me to be a better Tauren RPer, and everytime I happen to catch a glance at some of your members gathered, I always enjoy watching from a distance. Makes me smile to see a strong RP guild :)
Maybe one day Ahotie (or Wauhna my shaman once I finally unlock Highmountain >.>) Will have to seek out this tribe in the future, if your ever accepting new members :)

Aww, thank you so much. <3 I'm so glad you and your partner enjoy Story Circle! Between all of the other giant, really exciting community events, I'm glad people still enjoy the peaceful simplicity of it.
Hey, this week is the best week to try and unlock Highmountain! Get that buff from the Darkmoon Faire and do some world quests. And we will be reopening recruitment soon, actually! We were discussing it last night and we'll be opening it back up at the end of February. We wanted to take the time to get to know our new members since we had such a huge influx of them, but now that we're all pretty settled I think it's about time we got some more friends. Though until then, we still always enjoy role playing with other tauren outside of the guild! <3

Karanga, what's the secret to keeping your horns so sharp? :P Much love from the Vol'kar! o/
Well actually Karanga uses a horn filer to actually make the tips of her horns blunt! But you could use one to sharpen the tips, too, I suppose. She just prefers to keep her horns nice and rounded so that she doesn't accidentally hurt anyone.
Good to know you'll be doing recruitment at end of the month! :O I'll have to keep my eyes peeled~
