Hi everyone! <Rerolled> is looking for healers and exceptional DPS, pref ranged to finalise our raid roster. Our current raid prog is 10/10 H and 2/10 M and our goal for raiding is to reach CE before the end of the tier.
Our raid nights are Wednesday and Thursday 7:30 - 10:30 SVT, and we also have Monday night tee’d up for our heroic clears.
Attendance:
Our raid nights will be tracked and expect peoples attendance to be >90% unless otherwise notified. We understand and are always happy to accommodate where possible, real life always comes first, all we ask is you let us know if you aren’t going to make a regular scheduled raid night
Preparation:
Being prepared for every fight is also one of the biggest priorities of our progression. Knowing the fights before entering the raid, bringing all consumables for the night. Also make sure to bring your best attitude and mind set coming into raid. Know when its time to be serious and when to banter. We appreciate having a good laugh between pulls when not discussing tactics, at the end of the day we do this for fun; Prog is the main goal, but enjoyment for everyone is the overall goal of our guild.
Performance
Parses are important but try not to focus on only that, mechanics management is incredibly important and crucial to progression. That being said, barely scraping won’t cut it. Our raid leader goes through logs extensively and if you are falling behind, we will try to help where we can, however the slots are competitive so ensuring you are doing your best to self improve after each night is important regardless of your parse. This also allows us to cycle through the players showing their commitment and enthusiasm to be in the prog team
Mythic Plus
Our guild has a lot of strong M+ runners and are doing them every day. So key runners welcome, as well as casual members that are looking for a chill guild to join.
