Nocturnal Wrath is a late night / Oceanic PvE guild with a focus on dungeons, raids, and legacy content.
Our peak activity times are between 12am - 6am server time.
We are located on the US Server - Moon Guard (RP)

= Guild Activities =
Our guild events activities include the following events. Our discord channel has specific dates/times.
(All times are Moon Guard server time, CST)

MYTHIC KEYSTONES
Mythics in SL Season 3 will be M0 to M9 with pug fillers. Suggested ilevel: 220+ When we have a full guild group we can start attempting M10+.

WEEKLY QUEST HELP
A planned but flexible time for guildies to ask to for help with any group quests or dungeons. When there is a timewalking or mythics weekly event up, we will do 2 dungeons here. If no one needs help, we will do SL rares (either in the Maw or ZM).

TORGHAST
We will Layer 9+ generally but happy to do lower if anyone needs help. Runs are for Soul Ash and Soul Cinders that will help you to craft your legendary. We can also do achievements.

LOOKING FOR RAID (LFR)
Our Shadowlands LFR runs will be held in US peak times to reduce queue times. The raid we queue for will depend on ilevel e.g. Castle Nathria (170+), Sanctim of Domination (190+), Sepulcher of the First Ones (220+).

GUILD RAID TEAM
Our guild raid team is currently a work in progress. We need to recruit more guild members to fill the team and find a suitable time for most people. We will clear normal difficulty before moving on to heroic. See team line up in discord.
Proposed raid time: Fridays 2am - 4am
Proposed start date: Friday 22nd April
Currently looking for: Tanks, healers, DPS (melee or ranged). All class/races/specs/covenants okay.
Gearing: Please be 240+ for Normal Sepulcher of the First Ones. If we have enough people but undergeared, we’ll do Sanctum of Domination instead.

LEGACY RAIDS
For smaller groups of 1-9 people. Currently working through the Legion expansion. Transmog loot, mounts and achievements up for grabs.

LEGACY & GUILD ACHIEVEMENTS
Currently working through BfA mythic dungeon achievements to complete the meta-achievement “Glory of the Wartorn Hero”. Required level: 50.

= Guild Features =
Nocturnal Wrath is a PvE guild that also offers the following:

  • Active Discord server
  • Social guild chat
  • Guild perks including access to the guild bank
  • Organised crafting and professions
  • Casual questing help
  • Free repairs (Veteran rank and above)

= Recruiting =
Recruitment is open to all Horde races and classes. There is no level requirement to join. There is no guild application. All we ask is that you play in off-peak hours at least some of the time. Please show respect to any roleplayers you encounter (as Moon Guard is an RP realm) and avoid using OOC language in /say wherever possible.

Members may join as many alts as they wish, provided that the main character is stated in their public note. Characters that are inactive for more than a year will be removed.

We are a family friendly guild that welcomes younger players, older players, couples, workers, unemployed, homebodies, and students. There is no 18+ age requirement, but we ask that general chat is kept PG-rated and swearing is avoided. If you wish to talk about offensive, controversial, or explicit topics, please do so in a private channel!

  1. Search for Nocturnal Wrath using the in-game Guild Finder tool. Put in a request to join.
  2. Join the Discord server using the above link. Write a message in the recruitment channel and if a member is available, we will invite you.

Guild ranks are dependent on activity levels and participation, as detailed below.
Guild ranks are not permanent and will be adjusted if a person becomes less active.

New recruit
Someone who has recently joined the guild but has not yet participated.
There is no activity requirement. Inactive characters will be removed after one year.

SL Food: 3
Guild repairs: No

Member
A person who has joined conversations guild chat or discord.
To maintain their guild status, a veteran should log in at least once a month.

Veteran
A person who has attended guild PvE events.
To maintain their guild status, a veteran should log in at least once a week.

Guild repairs: Yes

Officer
A person who regularly attends guild PvE events and helps in guild decisions.
To maintain their guild status, an officer should log in most days.

Unlimited, but cannot withdraw gold
Guild repairs: Yes

Guild Master
Runs day-to-day business such as recruiting and guild events.
Logs in most days, if not every day.
Guild Bank Access:
Unlimited, and can withdraw gold
Guild repairs: Yes

Tab 1 - Freebies
Our guild bank tabs should be filled with with items that will help other players.
Deposited items should be predominantly from current content and not old expansions.
Exceptions include:

  • Bags (24+ slots)
  • Goblin glider kits
  • Mount equipment e.g. Inflatable Mount Shoes
  • Water walking and water breathing potions
  • Darkmoon firewater potions (for gatherers)
  • Thermal Anvils

All of the above items should be placed in Freebies (Tab 1).
Any other items placed in this tab will be removed after 1 week - 1 month and vendored/sold.
Crafting items from old expansions will be removed and stored in a separate bank and may be requested if needed.
You may use the Freebies tab to exchange items between your alts when there is not a mailbox available.

Tab 2 - SL Food
This tab is for storing meat and fish from current content.
You may store cooked food and feasts here, as well as cooking reagents.

Tab 3 - SL Herb Cloth
This tab is for storing herbs, cloth, and enchanting materials from current content.
It can also be used to store SL enchantment scrolls, ground herbs, potions, elixirs, and missives. (edited)

Tab 4 - SL Min Skin
This tab is for storing mining and skinning materials from current content, as well as gems.
It can also be used to store cut gems, sharpening stones, scopes, engineering parts, shadowghast ingots.

Tab 5 - SL BoE Gear
This tab is for storing green/blue/purple BoE gear (level 51-60) to help gear other players.
Duplicates of the same item will periodically be removed and disenchanted.
Lower level gear will be removed if space becomes limited.

Tab 6 - Legendaries
Here we will store crafted legendary vessels for all armor types (cloth, leather, mail, and plate) as well as JC.
If space becomes limited, lower level vessels and duplicates will be removed first.

Quikkoz and I had our first guild event last night. Just the two of us, but we hit up a legacy BfA mythic Motherlode to see if we could score some sweet booze.

The first boss, Coin-Operated Crowd Pummeler threw money at us but there was no time to pick it up 'cos we were set upon by an angry drunken mob from the stands.

But we got out of there with just a few scratches and scored us an achievement called “Pitch Invasion”

More BfA mythic legacy achievements next Sunday at 12am!

For those of us that prefer the dark hours.

Nocturnal Wrath is growing steadily! We’re up to 22 members and up to 8 online in our peak times which are 12am - 6am server time. Yes, we’re Moon Guard’s night owls!

Or is that more like lions, the nocturnal hunters?

Anyhow, as we get established and start to go places, we’re making lots of great memories along the way. I’d like to thank Jestnow, Stizzley, and Dikashammy for hanging out with us and coming along to our PvE guild events, which have so far included things like mythics, Torghast, timewalking, and hunting ZM rares!

Nocturnal Wrath is also working in conjunction with an Alliance guild called Sable Company, which is a late night RP/PvE guild. Shout out to our buddy Cavall! We look forward to doing some more dungeons and raids with you guys in future. Thanks for housing our Alliance alts!

This week we’ve knocked out quite a few mythic dungeon guild achievements.

Tonight is the night! We’re doing our first guild raid. Hoping to go to normal Sepulcher of the First ones if numbers permit, but failing that we’ll at least be smoking Castle Nathria.

The raid time is currently Fri 2am-4am (CST) as we’re a late night guild, but this will probably be changed to a weekend peak US time in the coming weeks.

We are looking for more people if you’d like to join our team!

Currently in need of:

  • Off Tank that can also play their DPS spec
  • 1 healer (prefer priest, monk, or paladin)
  • 1 melee DPS (prefer rogue, monk, demon hunter, or paladin)
  • 2 ranged DPS (prefer warlock or shadow priest)

We have set the required gear level at ilevel 235+ and the recommended ilevel 245+. If you have not yet reached these, please join and gear up with us doing mythic keys, Zereth Mortis quests, and LFR.

Nocturnal Wrath is a PvE guild, but we’re happy to support RP and PvP activities if that’s what people want to do.

Nocturnal Wrath is a busy and active PvE guild. We started off as a late night /Oceanic guild but found that lots of our members are also keen to do stuff in peak US hours (which is why the raid time was changed).

We have become a haven for players returning after breaks from the game. A lot of people tell me they’ve returned after months or even years, only to find their old guild is either dead/inactive or completely gone.

Got no friends and like to meet people to play with? Join us and start enjoying the latest content. It’s more fun to play when you know others you can ask for help or build a team with!

P. S. The Sat 8pm raid team is now full but we are looking at starting a second time slot. Stay tuned!

Time: 2am - 4am server time (CST)

Required ilevel: 245+

This is a new weekly raid. Our other raid group is currently 7/11 on Normal and we expect to down Anduin this week.

Nocturnal Wrath downed our first boss Vigilant Guardian in Heroic Sepulcher last week and got Skolex to 11% ! Not bad for a 2 hour raid schedule.

If you would like to join our late night Heroic raid team, we run Fridays 2am-4am server time CST. We require item level 245+ and for you to at least have done the fights on Normal or LFR at a minimum.

Currently looking for 1 healer with DPS off spec (prefer monk or druid), and 2-3 DPS (prefer warlock, rogue, or warrior).

Our Normal Sepulcher team also downed Anduin last week now sitting at 8/11 and wiping on …oops I mean working on Rygelon this week. This team runs Saturdays 8pm-10pm and we’re not in need of extras, but exceptions may be made. Because RL happens and sometimes people can’t make it! Required ilevel 235+ and LFR experience.

Anyhow, if you think our style of raiding might appeal to you, join our Discord and find us on guild finder.

We’re also doing M+ throughout most peak and off peak times across a range of difficulties, M0-M15 with some keen folks now starting to do M20s.

While we are happy to help folks gear and provide advice, we’re not going to do the work for you. Guild members should not expect free carries and are expected to focus on gearing their main character before playing alts.
