We are an active weekend raiding guild (Friday/Saturday 7:30-11pm) in need of additional members to fill in our 25 man raid team. We are 18+, LGBTQ+ Friendly and hold our Raider ranked members to a higher standard than our social members in the guild. If you are looking for a guild with knowledgeable, fun and mature players who get content done without the toxic, hyper competitive atmosphere of hardcore min/max guilds, look no further. We just want to chill out and prepare for the real content in future phases.
Progression:
11/11 Kara (Multiple groups doing Nightbane)
3/3 Gruul/Mag
Needs:
Elemental shamans
Fire mages
All other class/specs - We are willing to take on a group of players so long as a primary need is filled. We do have some DPS space, but we wish to fill those positions after primary needs are met.
Loot System:
We use a pick 20 Wishlist system where all raiders submit a list of their desired upgrades ranked 1 (top priority) to 20 (lowest). When an item drops, the player with the item ranked highest is awarded the item. If there is a tie, raiders will roll off. Lists are submitted once per content phase. This promotes raiders to research their gear ahead of time and allow members to have a better chance at getting the items they want sooner.
If interested, whisper Puz,Felwind or Moodren in game. We have a Gruul/Mags group on 8/07/21 @ 7:30 pm for those interested to see what we’re about while also get some content in at the same time. We do like to handle recruitment as a mutual process. Try us out as much as we try you out. As a final note, I would like to say we have a strong DPS and Tank core in this guild. We are REALLY looking for a strong healer or two to shore up our raid roster. It doesn’t matter if you’re a recent 70 or server transfer.
