BWL 8/8
is an inclusive social raiding guild. What this means is that we raid seriously, but we don’t lose sight of having fun. We work on improving ourselves and helping our guildies improve, but we are not in the business of speedrunning or requiring everyone to have certain consumables every time. We have all types of people in our guild, and nobody is expected to raid any more than they are comfortable or able. If you’re still levelling or just starting to work on your BiS, we have plenty of people running dungeons and willing to help.
We have open recruitment for all players age 18 and up, but are looking specifically to fill out our second raid group, which raids on Mondays 9p to midnight. The group is incomplete and using PUGs to fill it until we can get a full group together regularly with just guildies. Once we get the full group set, we will start moving into BWL. Currently the Monday group uses standard PUG loot rules (MS > OS Round Robin), but will switch to our EPGP system once we’re running as a full guild. EPGP is already running in the background tracking everything so it will be a seamless transition that takes into account gear already acquired in MC.

1 Shadow DPS
2-3 Holy/Disc Heals
Shaman:
2-3 Resto Heals
1 Ele DPS
Druid:
1 Feral DPS
2-3 Resto Heals (Or Moonglow/HOTW alternate specs if preferred)
Hunter: 1-2 DPS
Mage: 3-4 DPS
Rogue: 3-4 DPS
Warlock: 3-4 DPS
Paladin: Eat rocks alliance scum
