About:
We are a “semi serious” US-East night time raiding guild and we formed during the TBC pre patch. The majority of us joined early phase 1 of TBC and have been together since. We’re adults with varying schedules and limited play time so we place a high value on being efficient whenever possible. We run 25Ms on our main nights and 10Ms on our off nights.
We enjoy playing different games together when we can or hanging out in discord as life allows. Our primary goals are to have fun, progress as a guild and earn sweet loot/ achievements together. In order to maintain a solid raid team we strive to have a roster of at least 28 players at all times.
Raid Times:
Sunday / Monday 9pm Server to 12am Server (Main 25M nights)
Wednesday / Saturday are typically when we do off night 10Ms
Raid Progress
17/17 T7 25 with OS3D 10/25 and Immortal/Undying
14/14 Ulduar 10M (Sat run)(Wed run is 13/14 working on Alg)
48/54 Ulduar 25M progress points (Algalon prog)
Expectations:
– 85% Attendance
– Be on time, raid invites go out 30 min early.
– Have full consumes, gems and enchants.
– Willingness to adapt to the raid’s needs. We value players who willingly play multiple roles for the betterment of the team.
– Solid understanding of your class and raid mechanics. In order to meet our goals we require players to perform to the best of their class’s ability.
– Patience is key for progression and players who can keep their cool under stressful situations are highly regarded.
– Addons: DBM, Weakauras, RCLootCouncil, Method Raid Tools.
Loot System:
Loot council utilizing RCLootCouncil addon and the “That’s my bis” site. We distribute loot on the following criteria; mechanical aptitude, consistent use of correct consumables, complete utilization of enchants/gems, attendance/ tardiness, loot history and how much of a benefit to the raid it is.
Trial Period
Our trial period is a minimum of 2 weeks from the day you begin raiding with us. During this time, trials will be given last priority on receiving gear that drops.
