We need people who can commit to a mythic raiding environment and must have personal goals that align with the team. This means showing up on time as well as gearing outside of the raid. We ask people to be prepared for the mythic experience, which means researching the encounters, understanding what your role is, and overall listening to the Raid Leader’s calls.

—We offer a diverse, friendly, and mature environment. In general, are looking for exceptionally skilled players of all classes who know what commitment and dedication means in the long run regarding the progression of a guild, be it farming raids or bleeding edge content. We take our raiding seriously. We expect every member to bring their best performance and attend every raid with full preparation. We recognize the sacrifices in time required to do this, so everyone is expected to do the same.
—The bench—
Understand that any healthy mythic guild has a bench to keep every raid day running with the required 20 people, and swapping out if need be to conquer the progression at hand. Understanding this speaks volumes and we appreciate everyone’s time given so that the guild as a whole can accomplish the feats in front of us.
—We look for a number of things when considering a raid spot:
Players that have good-natured personalities (absolutely no drama). We’re here to have fun, not to babysit.

Computer hardware capable of handling Mythic 20-Man graphic intensive raiding environments
Coming prepared with consumables, health potions, battle potions, flask. Leadership will do its best to provide feast/flask, but be a team player and prepare for if you need to use your own.
—Is there a trial period?
Yes, there is a two-week trial performance evaluation period that helps us to determine if you are core raider material. Please note that we do expect 100% attendance during your trial period, however, we will accommodate any unexpected real-life emergencies.
