Our second official company meeting took place yesterday and several promotions and paygrade increases went out in recognition of all the hard work everyone has put in!
Including but limited to our third leadership spot finally being filled with our Chief Marketing Officer Vorbakk! Congratulations!
All employees will receive their new employment kit in the coming weeks. Company property is not to be used for personal use or non-company approved tasks. Company usage fee for non-employee use or non-company use is in play to be deducted out of check automatically should inappropriate use of company equipment be discovered. We at KLG take great pride in the devotion and wellbeing of the work equipment our employees use during their tenure.
And we thank all of our employees for their cooperation in these matters.
Our Operations team is going strong, but we really need more specialists for our R&D Branch and Marketing Team! We’ll be hanging out in Orgrimmar this Friday in hopes of recruiting some fresh talent! Interested in giving us a try? Contact anyone from the guild or me on Discord! (Shay#4167)

ANYWAYS. Yeah, I hate doing current content because I am the most impatient person when it comes to that. I hate grinds, I hate questing, I am basically the worst.
HOWEVER. I <3 this guild so much that I’ve actually been working on getting my characters geared so I can actually pitch in and be useful when we do current-content things. Got my hunter from ilvl 340ish to 412 and my priest from 385 to 418 in the last few days! Really enjoyed running some islands together as a guild recently and hoping this week we can start on m+!
Also, last night the Operations branch, along with a few members from R&D and Marketing continued their work in Pandaria, transporting supplies through the Veiled Stair and fighting off Mantids left and right. They’ve now paused in Binan Village for a rest…or what would be a rest, were the entire village not on fire.

Huge shout-out to Mystfire for running our Pandaria campaign events. He pours his heart into his events, along with a lot of thought, work, and creativity. They never fail to entertain, and everyone had a blast last night!
We’re still going strong! A lot of folks have been busy dealing with RL with the rise of some extraneous issues that are pretty much common knowledge at this point, but we wish you all safety and security while you social distance yourselves in these trying times.
We’ll keep on the swing of things in guild as often as we can; but RL always comes first! And no one would ever be faulted for taking some time to deal with the real world even if it means taking a break from the game for a few days.
Stay strong everyone, in and out of the guild. Y’all are great peeps, and y’all do good things everyday, remember that.

The continuation of our Pandaria campaign kicks off tonight with Back on the road again! Where we (hopefully0 finally make it to the gate into the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. We’re in dire need of new marketing members as wel las Research and Development personnel. But as always, Operations is always open for the more mercenary minded among the applicants.

Marketing employees receive a 2% comission on all marketed sales, operations personnel gain a 5 copper increase in their hazard pay!
And ALL employees get a beach break day every two months as a thank you for your continued hard work! Our last beash break day was a huge hit!

It was a PR move, there was some friction within our legal department related to some class actions about our previous process of hazard pay being negative five copper.
Some of the personnel didn’t like being sent a bill per injury, and unionized. It’s really making things tough, I was only able to buy one(1) diamond studded swimming pool last week.
Still doing good things across Kalimdor! RL might have things slowed down, but we will not go quietly into the night! We will not vanish, without a fight! We’re going to live on, we’re going to survive. Today we celebrate, KLG day.*
*Some restrictions apply holiday applicable only to employees who qualify, no monetary bonuses available but KLG has a nice fruit basket to offer to employees who qualify for benefits. Fruit basket requires a small fee to be paid out of pocket by employee receiving it, fee can be waived in favor of automatic deduction from paystub for convenience of employee.
All KLG holidays are mandatory participation and fees must be paid in advance of participation. failure to participate can lead to termination, there is a termination and employee retraining fee for terminated employees to cover the training and replacement of their position.
